The Morena Blvd & Pacific Hwy bridges are removed and replaced by a new PacHwy-Morena bridge. All access for Pacific Hwy north of the river is maintained by ramps to and from Friars road to the east. The Morena Blvd south to I-8 west move works on the surface streets. And the I-8 connector to Morena north ramp is removed because of its limited utility.
