There are archeological remains under Taylor Street at Presidio Drive. This is documented in the San Diego Sewer and Water Project 595 Impact Report by Brian F. Smith and Associates dated 24 May 2001. Distribution of the Report is restricted to protect the post-contact archeological remains. Furthermore the Citizens Coordinate lot donated to Presidio Park is the site of the Kings Garden and location of the pre-Presidio, Spanish burials and Kosa'aay artifacts.
